About Sherah Schump & Triple Moon Massage & Natural Medicine

I’m Sherah Schump, a licensed massage therapist and massage mentor in the state of Missouri and the founder of Triple Moon Massage & Natural Medicine. I provide a range of therapeutic services, from relaxation and Swedish massage to deep tissue and trigger point therapy, helping clients relieve tension, reduce pain, and restore balance. Also a mentor to teach massage out of my office to bring education and massage training without the long drive or time restrains of college.

In addition to massage, I offer cupping, vacuum therapy, red light therapy, foot detox, and other holistic modalities to support overall wellness. My background includes an Associate’s Degree in Complementary Alternative Medicine, with a focus on herbal medicine and aromatherapy. I provide herbal consultations and create custom herbal products and remedies using select herbs and essential oils.

To continually enhance my practice, I have trained with experts in clinical application and corrective exercises. I have worked with Dr. Kris Kirby, attended the “Immaculate Dissection” curriculum with Dr. Kathy Dooly and Dr. Anna Folckomer, and am currently learning advanced myofascial and craniosacral techniques with Dr. Jessica Bacon. Integrating these techniques into my massage sessions gives me additional tools to effectively release muscle spasms and trigger points, while craniosacral work allows me to correct and release dysfunctions caused by restricted bones in the head.

At Triple Moon, my goal is to provide personalized, holistic care that addresses the needs of the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Whether you are seeking relief from pain, stress reduction, or guidance in natural healing, I combine traditional and modern techniques to help you feel balanced, restored, and empowered.
